What we keep when you use the free builder
try.iynbox.com is run by iynbox, a UK company. It's part of iynbox Business. This is the short version for this site. The full privacy notice covers everything.
- The email you design, including any logo or pictures you upload. Your design is also saved on your own device so you don't lose it.
- When you send yourself a test: your business name, the email address you type and your consent choice. We send the test only to that address.
- Visit details: roughly where you are (town or city and country), your device type, and which site or link sent you. We keep a scrambled version of your network address to stop misuse.
- How the builder is used: anonymous information, such as which parts are used and for how long, so we can make it easier. It isn't linked to your name or email address.
Why
To send your test email, to follow up about iynbox Business as the consent box explains (you can unsubscribe in one click), to keep the site secure, and to improve the builder.
Who sees it
The iynbox team, and service providers who host the site and deliver email for us under contracts that protect your data. We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.
Your choices
You don't need an account to use the builder. You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@iynbox.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We use no advertising cookies.

Using the free builder
By using try.iynbox.com you agree to these terms and the full iynbox terms.
- It's for trying iynbox Business. Test emails go only to an address you type. They're marked as tests, and we may limit how many you send.
- Your content is yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to you and send it to the address you choose. Only upload logos and pictures you're allowed to use.
- Don't misuse it. No sending to other people, impersonating a business you don't run, illegal or misleading content, or attempts to break or overload the site.
- Our builder and designs are ours. The builder, templates, layouts and look of this site belong to iynbox. Don't copy, scrape, rebuild or reverse engineer them, or use them to make a competing product.
- As it is. The builder is free and may change. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
- Business customers: if you sign up to iynbox Business, your plan, pricing and our data processing terms apply too.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions? hello@iynbox.com.
